"I've been in Lacey's boot camp classes for over a year and they are great! What's best is that she designs enough flexibility in them that you don't have to be in perfect shape to get a real bang for your buck from her workout -- you can lift a lighter or heavier (or no) weight, you set the treadmill on the speed that pushes you and if you have a sore knee or back that you need to work around, she's always quick to offer variations to the exercises. I may not always be smiling DURING the class, but I'm always thankful for the workout AFTER the class. My muscles tell me they know they've worked out and are getting stronger, but I'm not so sore that I can barely move afterwards."
